At Tortum Perfume USA, every fragrance is crafted and packaged with care. We want you to enjoy a flawless experience with each purchase. Please review our refund and return policy below before placing your order.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of our products, perfumes and fragrance items cannot be returned or exchanged once opened.
However, we will gladly replace or refund your order in the following situations:

The product arrived damaged or defective.

You received the wrong item.
To qualify, please notify us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the product.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

Opened or used perfumes

Home diffusers and car air fresheners once unsealed

Promotional or free gift items
We appreciate your understanding as these products cannot be resold once opened.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after confirmation.
You’ll receive a notification email once your refund has been completed.
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to receive a different product, you may place a new order after your refund has been processed.

6. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped.
